Minutes of the meeting of 11/15/17
Meeting Opened at: 5pm

Miscellaneous Items Reviewed:
- Warrants were signed.
- Minutes from 11/8/17 were approved.
- The Board approved the one day all alcohol permit request for the Bidwell House for their Colonial Thanksgiving event.
- Pat Salomon came in at the request of the Town Clerk to be appointed to the Board of Registrars. A motion was made to appoint Pat Salomon as a registrar for a 3 year term. The motion was seconded and approved.
- Kenn notified the Board that the Broadband Committee has cancelled the meeting for tomorrow as Charter is unable to attend. A new date will be announced soon.
- The Board discussed an email from Peter Larkin’s office requesting that a Monterey designee be identified for all the direct communications relating to all broadband matters. It was agreed that the original intent when creating the Broadband Committee was that their purpose would be to research all broadband options and make a recommendation to the Board therefore the Broadband Committee should be the designee until further notice. A letter will be drafted and sent at the next meeting.
- Possible topics for the December Select Board corner were discussed. It was agreed that a follow-up to November’s article would be great showcasing all of the positive steps (in more detail) being made in town hall.
- Administrative Assistant’s weekly report was reviewed.
- Police Chief’s weekly report was reviewed.
